ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS:

(1) How much is the mail club?

• Mail club is only for $5 for every sign-up with a shipping fee of $2 ONLY! I can ship worldwide!

(2) What is included in the mail club?

• Inclusions include mini art prints, a letter, a random doodle sticker, sticker packs and more! These prints are intended for personal journals or any other project you want to do. Therefore, I must warn you that they are not guaranteed to be waterproof.

(3) How long do I wait for the mail club to arrive?

• All mails are sent through our National Philippine Post Office under ORDINARY AIR MAIL. Transit to your area should be from 20-30 days. Since this is an ordinary mail, there will be no tracking numbers.

You will be notified in your orders through Email.

(4) Can I include my mail club with my other items?

• Yes, you can! Orders valuing from $25 will be automatically sent under REGISTERED MAIL with tracking numbers (20-30 days transit).

(5) If my mail club hasn't arrived for more than 30 days already or my mail arrived the damages, what are my options?

• FYi, mail club sign-ups are nonrefundable. Also, I am not personally liable for any damages and losses as this is already being handled by the mailing authority. In any case that your mail might got lost due to natural causes; or they arrived with missing inclusions; or arrived with severe damages, you have the option for a refund or have them replaced free of charge. Video proof is needed in order to qualify the options.
